Enhance your Irus system with the Irus UtilityMeter module.

Irus UtilityMeter adds a powerful layer of insight, monitoring, and control to your property.

Fully integrated with the Irus Portal, UtilityMeter enables remote metering of both electricity and water consumption.

Using your existing Irus infrastructure, the meters communicate seamlessly with the portal to deliver accurate data across sites, blocks, floors, flats, rooms, or individual circuits. A range of solutions is available to suit different requirements.

Customisable alerts can be configured to send SMS and email notifications to designated personnel in the event of unusual or excessive consumption levels.

What additional equipment is required?

Depending on the complexity of the site, your installation may include:

What does Optimiser+ UtilityMeter tell you?

Optimiser+ UtilityMeterDetect analyses and displays data. It shows performance, identifies current issues, and highlights potential problems.

Graphs and tables present the percentage of rooms or equipment in the spotlight, both recently and historically. Unusual consumption and manual interventions are also highlighted.

To distinguish between “Areas for concern” and “Good” performance, the number of rooms or devices affected, are displayed in red or green panels respectively.

Optimiser also provides guidance information for quick fixes. Immediate action will improve performance and ensure your system is running efficiently.

    Data analysed includes:

    • Highest energy user
    • Highest water user
    • No HH period w/zero usage – water
    • Highest peak use – energy

    • Meter fault

    An information panel explains:

    • What each panel represents
    • What “good” looks like
