Our Irus ecosystem monitors and collects data about your building’s performance and uniquely CONTROLS devices within individual rooms to maximise efficiency.

Data is automatically analysed by bespoke software tools and remedial action is recommended to maintain optimum performance. In recent studies, Irus has reduced energy consumption for heating rooms by 50%.

ecoStat intelligent thermostats manage heat input to individual rooms. Robust tamper-proof design ensures energy is not used unnecessarily, so room occupants are comfortable, and can increase their room temperature if they desire. Typically ecoStat returns upwards of 35% heating load savings.
