Building Services Control
SmartTank
Water temperature and safety monitoring
Tighter control is proven to save both energy and water
consumption with SmartTank using 1.5x less energy than
standard tanks to achieve the same results.
Pocketed tanks, with temperature sensors deep in the tank, provide accurate temperature monitoring to help ensure tanks are at the right temperature to prevent scalding and ensure there is enough hot water for occupants.
4x temperature sensors (2x internal, 1x on incoming water supply and 1x on outgoing hot water) help operators comply with legionella management processes.
Tundish leak sensors help identify wastage and promote proactive maintenance with teams directed to faults.
Energy monitoring allows operators to: Track energy consumption and identify high users, and Identify faulty heating elements and direct maintenance teams to repair.
Leak detection pad and isolation valves identify escape of water and isolate the supply to help prevent damage to buildings.
Hot and cold-water metering is in place to identify high users and find leaks in fixtures and fittings such as overflowing toilets.
Remote control of heating elements allows for participation in National Grid DSR schemes.

Hot Water Control
Installation
Mechanical installation is simply connection to the mains cold/hot
water pipes.
Electrical wiring just requires connection of cylinder elements to the mains supply.
Book a call to hear how mange water more effectively.
