Water leaks and Escape of Water (EoW)

Irus keeps buildings safe by monitoring leak detection pads and pipe sensors raising the alarm when escape of water occurs.
There are three levels of action to Leak alerts:

  • Alert only where an SMS and/or email are sent to specified addresses/ numbers.
  • Individual Cylinder Shut-Off Valve where a single tank can be isolated closest to where the issue has arisen.
  • Riser Shut-Off Valve where supply to the entire block is isolated.

LeakDetect sends messages to specified personnel via email and SMS detailing location and severity of the water escape.

  • Kitchen sink leak monitoring.
  • Water cylinder leak detection.
  • Shower pod leak detection.
  • Automatic leak detection alerts
